One of the most practical jobs today is on the medical field and this is one of the main reasons why high school students opt to have in this field in their college days
especially Nursing. Here in our country, there are lots of Filipino nurses who wish to go abroad because they believe that they could have a highly compensated job in the United States. And I personally believe too that if you have this will to work on a foreign country, you can really have what you want. And if you are a graduate of any medical courses, I would suggest that you better go abroad than practice your degree here in our country. In this way you can add up in our poor economy because you are earning dollars. Well, this is just my opinion; on the other hand, I don’t want you guys to go out in our country because as we all know that “brain drain” is rampant.
The decision to go into the medical field is one that should not be made based on the easy ability to find a job or a high salary, however. It is extremely hard work, with irregular and long hours, and you are constantly in a position to fulfill the demands of clients and patients. All of these factors must be considered before choosing to pursue a career in medicine. In spite of the demand that this type of career can put on you, it is an extremely fulfilling one, as you are constantly contributing to the health and well-being of other people.

I just arrived home; I’ve been with my friends because we celebrated Chantille’s farewell party. Actually, the original plan was just a simple dinner or a house party just to have fun and be with Chantille on her last night here in Davao. By the way, Chantille is one of my closest friends in Ateneo since we were in first year but her mother decided that she with her kuya has to transfer to Manila.
Chantz texted and confirmed to us yesterday that her flight is tomorrow night, 9:45pm (May 08, 2008) and since I wasn’t around in their Paradise escapade last week, I asked her if we could have dinner together with some of our friends. So we decided to meet at Roxas gate, 4pm this afternoon and since it was still early we spent the time malling, window shopping and of course at the arcade (Mike and Ed were there kaya di kompleto ang pagpunta sa mall if they wouldn’t stay and play). Before that, I encountered a problem with Ed! Hay..bayot jud! Sorry ed! Hehe, it was my fault because I didn’t notice your reply and I read your message when we were already near the mall.
It was around 6pm when we decided to go in Penongs, near Gmall to have our last dinner with Chantille. During dinner, we had so much fun reminiscing the past years that we spent together since first year! All of the stupid moments in and outside the school were remembered. After Penongs, we went in Fwendz Diner where IT3 usually stay, some of our friends and classmates were there also. They started the night with I forget the name of the drink but as far as I can remember it was a combination of tanduay, milk and cofee! Joy Damasco and Jer Onañete were there so we kept on teasing them. We even asked Jer to sit beside Joy (for anybody who doesn’t know, Joy and Jer were love team way back when we were in Z3class). First year and some of the second year experiences and secrets were revealed! The Ricky-Ed love team plus the Ed-Radjiv rival (rival bah??haha..basta). Cheryl-MamSheila: When Cheryl was caught by Mam Sheila editing her codes in front of the class. Grenel-Sir Phyll: “easy for you!” The pink diskette of Meme inside the Computer laboratory room and the copying of codes were also remembered. Of course no one could ever forget Abby who is currently working in Victoria! Our 3-hour straight Math subject with Sir Bart and Ediong—plus the students that he failed because he caught cheating during final exams! With Mam Violet, Gerbert as her favorite student and Ms. Oroc, Sitoy, Mr. Maaya, Gadiane and Radjiv were her next favorite students (you know guys what I really mean)! And who can’t forget the time that I sang a song “kapag Ako ay Ngmahal” (haha, fair na yan coz I included myself in the list. And a lot more!
The night was still young and the night wasn’t complete without VIDEOKE! Cats and Dogs in Rizal Prom here we come! Listen guys, you know what happened before we reach the videoke bar? First, we committed a sin against the law. Isn’t it called jay walking? Because we crossed the street below the fly over outside Gmall and that was headed by Rhee! Sya jud to una2 tabok na dili sa pedestrian lane bah. And the next stupid thing that we did was riding on a jeepney na kami lang ang pasahero at super puno pa talaga! Swerte talaga ng driver sa amin! Actually, it is just normal to ride on a jeepney, isn’t it? But our experienced was different because the jeepney driver really brought us in front the videoke bar, Special Route! And we spent 3 singing songs for chantille. Some of the songs make us cry and some of them make us do the moves, DANCING! With Joy, Arianne, Cheryl and Jaque on the dance floor and of course Gerbert and Mike as the Songers! lol
At 1:30 am, we bid our formal and last goodbye to CHANTILLE JUNE GAMANA! We all wish for your new life in Manila and we will always praying for your safety. We know that you can find new friends there but we hope that you will STAY THE SAME, charming, pretty, friendly and cheerful as you are. We all hope Chantille that some day we will see each other again, hang out like this and have fun! We love you and we will be missing you a lot! Godbless. muah

I was quite nervous this afternoon right after my information Systems Audit class and that was because my next class is Philo 106 — Philosophy of Religion! And I was afraid of the fact that we will going to have an Oral recitation! God!
…..But God is still good because I was not called by my teacher! I will just wait for the next meeting if she would call my name..But I will continue to pray that she wont able to remember her promise to us that she will continue the oral recitation. (bad student) Actually, I am not afraid of the oral recitation! I am afraid because I don’t like my teacher especially the way she does the Oral recitation, the way she asks to her students is very intimidating. Well, sorry guys! this is my BLOG and this is just my own opinion! No one would is allowed to question my Idea!haha..
Just wanna quote the lines that she used to have this afternoon "he who has a why to live can bear with almost any hoWs". I 100% agree with this statement! I have so many reasons to live and I know I can bear with it!
