Back to reality! the stress of subjects, teachers, and school are back! after 3 days and 2 nights at St. Charles Boromeo Retreat House in MAtina Aplaya with my fourteen classmates and two facilitators, Sir Peterson Garino and Maam Carmela. It was a very successful retreat for the group because we were able to pause for a while in the stress brought by the school. We were able to refresh and renew our minds, body and heart as we talk with our God. We were able to reflect and remember those experiences that we had that contributed to our personality at present. In the retreat, we were able to identify specifically what our dreams and desires and for me I dream to be a successful business woman after 20 years wherein I could able to provide comfortable and luxurious life to my family especially to my two kids. My favorite activity in the retreat was happened on the second night. Wherein almost all of us cried. This was the activity when we were ask to pray for the special persons in our life. It was the time of giving a personal prayer as a thanksgiving in honor for the person who’ve been part of our life. And for me again,I pray for my family (my nanay, tatay, ate joy, dimple and jessa) aside from my family, I also included my IM4 family especially my buching. I thanked my family for everything, for the unending, love, care and support. at the same time, my boyfriend for loving, caring, appreciating and most of all for helping and motivating me to do good in my studies. These persons closest in my heart are my inspirations why I am doing all of these. They add meaning to my life. As of now, I am happy! I feel very light and relived due to the activities that we have done in the past three days. If someone would asked me if I like to extend the retreat I would gladly say YES! kulang talaga ang 2 days…

On Tuesday’s Ellen DeGeneres Show, she confirms that she is the new face of CoverGirl.

"You know how I always like to share what’s going on in my life with you all, and I was going to give you some news, and unfortunately rumors started circulating all over the Internet," she tells the audience.

"I am here to set the record straight right now. I am not pregnant. It just turned out to be a bump. I went and had it checked out," she cracks. "That’s not the news. I am the new face of CoverGirl."

Do you ever meet with resistance from other people - I bet
you do! It might be a customer, a colleague, a member of
your team or even someone in your personal life. Dealing
with resistance or objections is one of the biggest
challenges faced by business people; so let’s consider why
we get resistance and how we can handle it. I’m going to
talk about customer contacts but the same rules apply
whether it’s a colleague or even someone in your personal
life.

Well there’s good news and bad news - first the good news.
When someone says - "You’re too expensive" or "We already
deal with someone else," or "I don’t agree with you"- then
they may not be telling the truth.

The bad news is - most of them won’t buy what you’re selling
anyway, but don’t cut your wrists just yet because - there’s
more good news.

If you can find out exactly what your potential customer
means when they say - "No" then you have a much better
chance of improving your success rate, getting more sales
and more agreement.

What we need to realise is that, there is no smart answer to
a customer’s objection. Sales people are always looking for
the "things to say" that’ll deal with an objection. How can
you possibly have an answer if the customer isn’t telling
the truth is the first place?

Many sales people believe the customer when they say -
"You’re too expensive". They then start offering discounts
or walk away from the sale, complaining that their product
or service isn’t competitive enough.

I’m so sleepy due to lack  of sleep last night!
yes, I have no sleep last night because of the demand of one of  our best teacher this semester and he is no other than SIR EMBERDA! I could still remember what he always say in front of the class that our section is the worst class he ever had, that we don’t deserve to graduate because of the cases that we were passing to him.

But in fairness, we made it not just  for the sake of passing! If he only knew what we were doing just to please him.

Actually, I have a good news because for the first time and this was happened this morning. Sir Emberda addressed what he wants us to do in a nicer way. He even smile but still we didn’t able to meet the quality work he was always asking to us.

At some point or another, it happens to everyone: You can’t sleep. When you finally drop off, the alarm buzzes a microsecond later. Then you can’t get up. And then it gets worse: When you finally drag yourself out of bed, you look like youknowhat. Can’t imagine why the sleep gods had it in for you? Think about what you ate the night before, says Elizabeth Somer, RD, author of The Food & Mood Cookbook. Any of the following–much less a combo platter–can leave your body on uneasy street for hours. 1. Spicy Foods Garlic, chilies, cayenne, and other intense spices are yummy going down but can keep you up with heartburn or indigestion. Avoid MSG too, as it can trigger dreams that are a bit too vivid. 2. A Big Dinner An overtaxed digestive system takes hours to settle down and there’s nothing restful about that. When sleep’s critical, make lunch your largest meal and enjoy a light 500-calorie dinner early in the evening. 3. Raucous Veggies Eat those good-for-you-but-gassy foods–beans, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts–in the middle of the day. A tankful of gas can keep anyone up at night. 4. Speed Eating Relax and enjoy meals to avoid swallowing air, another common cause of midnight tummy trouble. 5. Nightcaps Alcohol may make you drowsy at first but later on it disturbs sleep patterns and leads to awakenings and restlessness. A 4-ounce glass of wine with dinner won’t hurt, as long as it’s not within two hours of bedtime. 6. Coffee after breakfast Caffeine can linger in your body for as long as 12 hours. So if you’re often wide-eyed at bedtime, make sure you’re caffeine-clean for at least 12 hours. (Skip tea, chocolate, cola, or other caffeine culprits too.) Still watching the clock at 2 a.m.? Wean yourself off even morning java, then stay caffeine-free for two weeks. If you definitely sleep better, you have your answer: Caffeine is not your friend. If the results are mixed, "Try adding back a cup or two of coffee or tea in the morning and watch what happens," says Somer. "But if sleeplessness comes back, cut it out." Getting 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night doesn’t just make your eyes bright, your skin happy, and your mind sharp, it can also make your RealAge as much as 3 years younger.
